Led development of an e-logistics system. Spearheaded the development of a robust e-logistics system handling millions of parcels daily across multiple countries (10 countries, South-East & Middle East Asia) using Java with PandoraBoot framework and Ali-Stack.

Sortation team

• Integrated a large sort machine, optimizing the sorting process and enhancing efficiency. .
• Innovated the manual sorting process, leading to increased throughput and accuracy.
• Designed and implemented an IoT system to automate and enhance sorting operations.
• Ensured system stability and scalability, supporting the handling of 4-6 million parcels daily.

Lastmile team

• Orchestrated direct parcel deliveries to buyers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Managed cash-on-delivery (COD) finances, enhancing financial accountability and customer satisfaction.
• Implemented GEO code feedback mechanisms and utilized an in-house database to improve delivery success rates and minimize failures.

Firstmile team

• Successfully transitioned from a legacy system to Java and Ali-Stack, improving system performance and maintainability.
• Coordinated parcel pickups from sellers, optimizing logistics operations.
• Independently engineered a Kubernetes (K8S) system to streamline operations across all ventures, enhancing deployment efficiency and scalability.

I developed RESTful APIs for the React.js frontend, interacted with other systems in a microservices architecture, and managed the progress of buying and selling digital content.

It's the first time I work with Blockchain technology. I developed website and payment system. After that I managed Indian & Ukrainian remote team.

I learned and worked with drupal and magento here. This is a big team with many awesome developers and leaders. I know how to build a big and scalable system using Micro System Architecture. Also I learned how to use Agile (scrum) framework to manage a project.

A big French company. I have learned and worked with Ionic/Cordova and AngularJS here.

I will never forget that time when I came back to my hometown city and then joined a startup with some friends. Our project failed after that but it gave me too much exp that I can not learn anywhere.
